Stopping a machine

  1. Click Stop Machines from the operator dashboard. The Stop Machines window is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Machine
    The machine to stop.
    Stop
    Determines whether to stop the individual machine or all machine within the line section.
    Category
    The downtime category associated with the machine stop.
    Reason
    The reason for the machine stop.
    Date/Time
    The date and time when the machine stopped.
    Record Fault?
    If this check box is selected, the machine stop is identified as a fault requiring maintenance attention.
    Stop Comments
    The additional information.
  3. Click OK.
    Note: This option is only available if the machine is configured to allow manual starting and stopping.
