Overall changeover performance for a specific time period

This report is used to review changeover durations across a selected reporting period.

To achieve this, apply these filters (other filters can also be used):

Select a time frame, such as Last 1 month on the Time Frame tab.
Select relevant lines and departments on the Equipment tab.

Run the report.

The report displays detailed information for all changeovers that occurred on the selected equipment during the specified time period.

Changeover performance for specific material

This report is used to analyse changeover performance for specific materials, either before or after a changeover.

To achieve this, apply these filters (other filters can also be used):

Select a time frame, such as Last 1 month on the Time Frame tab.
Select relevant Material or Material Type on Material tab. To focus on the material produced after the changeover, leave From Material Type and From Material Number blank.

Run the report.

The report displays detailed information for all changeovers matching the selected material criteria and period.

Changeover performance based on job or changeover duration

This report is used to evaluate changeovers based on production order duration or changeover duration. For example, the report can be used to identify changeovers that exceeded a specific duration.

To achieve this, apply these filters (other filters can also be used):

Select a time frame, such as Last 1 month on the Time Frame tab.
Specify job or changeover duration targets on the More tab.
Select other options, such as department or line as appropriate on the Equipment tab.

Run the report.

The report displays detailed information for all changeovers that match the selected duration, period, and other filter criteria.

Changeover time for ‘break-in’ orders

A Production Stop reason can be configured to indicate that an order is being executed that is created outside of the normal production planning process. This report can be used to measure the impact of these break-in orders on changeover duration.

To achieve this, apply these filters (other filters can also be used):

Select a time frame, such as Last 1 month on the Time Frame tab.
Select the Production Stop reason associated with break-in orders on the Production tab.
Select other options, such as department or line as appropriate on the Equipment tab.

Run the report.

The report displays detailed information for all changeovers that match the selected production stop reason, period, and other filter criteria.
