Examples of Use

This report is used to view the current the manufacturing status for all lines and production jobs running across a factory or department.

To create a plant or department-wide summary:

• Select a Factory and Department, if desired.
• Use the Exceptions tab to exclude recently started jobs or jobs nearing completion, if desired.

Run the report. The report displays the status of jobs running on production lines that meet the selected criteria, including production quantities and KPIs, such as OEE.

This report can highlight jobs with important notifications, such as missing quality inspections. To identify lines and jobs with exceptions:

• Select a Factory and Department, if desired.
• Use the Exceptions tab to exclude recently started jobs or jobs nearing completion, if needed.
• Set the value in the Required Inspection Details field to Required Inspection Indicator Only on the More tab.

Run the report.

The report displays production line status information for lines and jobs with one or more missing required inspections.

Use the visualization filter to view line status information in a dashboard format with production progress indicators. To configure the dashboard:

• Configure the report as described in the previous examples.
• Select the Line Status Summary visualization and run the report.
• Return to the report filters and open the Visualization tab.
• Set the value in the Show in Visualization? field to Actual Qty vs Target Quantity Percentage Bar.
• Run the report to view progress bars on each line card.
• To compare display layouts, return to the Visualization tab and select the value in the Container Type field to Tab.
• Run the report and compare the Tab and Card views.

You can save the report configuration and make it available for plant- or department-wide status monitoring.
