Filter Options
Time Frame
Use the Time Frame tab to define the date and time range for the alarm data displayed in the report. See .
The selected time frame is applied to the alarm date and time, allowing you to view alarms that occur within a specific period. You can click the check box to view only alarms that are currently open.
Grouping
Use the Grouping tab to aggregate, organize and summarize report data based on the selected criteria. This filter supports multiple grouping options to analyse trends and aggregate results. See .
- Plant
- The manufacturing plant of the machine for which the alarm is raised.
- Department
- The department of the machine for which the alarm is raised.
- Line Group
- The production line group of the job associated with the alarm.
- Line
- The production line of the production run associated with the alarm.
- Machine Group
- The machine group of the machine that triggered the alarm.
- Machine Type
- The type of machine that triggered the alarm.
- Machine
- The machine for which the alarm is raised.
- Asset
- The asset on which the measurement is recorded that resulted in the alarm.
Production
Use the Production tab to narrow the report results to alarms associated with specific production orders and master data records. These options are available on the Production tab:
- Production Order
- The production order for which the alarm is raised.
- Include Retired
- If this check box is selected, alarms recorded for retired master data is included in the report results.
Material
Use the Material tab to narrow the report results to alarms associated with specific materials and material categories. These options are available on the Material tab:
- Material Type
- The type of material for which the alarm is raised.
- Material
- The material for which the alarm is raised.
Quality
Use the Quality tab to narrow the report results to alarms associated with specific inspections, specifications, variables, and attributes These options are available on the Quality tab:
- Inspection Group
- The inspection group of the inspection for which the alarm is raised.
- Inspection Type

The inspection type of the inspection for which the alarm is raised. Possible values:
- Non-Inventory-based checks
- Inventory-based checks
- Inspection Class

The inspection class of the inspection for which the alarm is raised. Possible values:
- Audit

- The inspection for which the alarm is raised.

- The inspection for which the alarm is raised.
- Specification Set
- The specification set of the specification for which the alarm is raised.

- The specification for which the alarm is raised.
- Variable Group
- The variable group of the variable against which the alarm is raised.
- Variable Grade
- The variable grade of the variable against which the alarm is raised.
- Variable
- The variable against which the alarm is raised.
- Include Higher Classes
- If this check box is selected, variables from higher grades are included in the results. This check box is displayed only if a value is selected in the Variable Grade field.
- Attribute Group
- The attribute group of the attribute associated with the alarm.
- Attribute Class

The attribute class of the attribute against which the alarm was raised. Possible values:
- Critical
- Major
- Minor
- Attribute
- The attribute against which the alarm is raised.
Inventory
Use the Inventory tab to narrow the report results to alarms associated with specific inventory items, locations, and inventory states. These options are available on the Inventory tab:
- Location Type
- The type of location where the inventory is located for which the alarm is raised.
- Location
- The location where the inventory is located for which the alarm is raised.
- Inventory State
- The state of the inventory for which the alarm was raised.
- Reason
- The isolation reason assigned to the inventory associated with the alarm.
- Pack
- The inventory for which the alarm is raised.
Alarms
Use the Alarms tab to narrow the report results based on alarm type, status, and other alarm-specific criteria. These options are available on the Alarms tab:

The status of the alarm. Possible values:
- Open
- Investigate
- Closed
- Non-Job Alarms
- Indicates whether to include alarms not related to a production run.
- Show Alarms On Edited Data
- If this check box is selected, alarms raised from edited measurement data are included in the results.
- Only show incomplete checks
- If this check box is selected, only alarms related to incomplete inspections are included in the results.

Use the More tab to further refine the report results based on workforce information and report display preferences. These options are available on the More tab:

- The crew that worked the shift for which the alarm is raised.
