Time Frame

Use the Time Frame tab to limit results to production orders based on their planned or estimated production dates and times. See .

Grouping

Use the Grouping tab to organize report results into categories, making production orders easier to review and analyze. See .

Equipment

Use the Equipment tab to narrow results to production orders associated with specific manufacturing plants, departments, production lines, or machines. These options are available on the Equipment tab:

Plant
The manufacturing plant to which the production orders belong.
Department Group
The department group containing the departments associated with the lines on which the production orders are scheduled.
Department
The department associated with the lines on which the production orders are scheduled.
Line Group
The line group containing the lines on which the production orders are scheduled.
Line Type
The line type on which the production orders are scheduled.
Line
The production line on which jobs for the production orders are scheduled.
Machine Group
The machine group associated with the machines on the lines where jobs for the production orders are scheduled.
Machine Type
The machine type associated with jobs for the production orders.
Machine
The machine associated with jobs for the production orders.

Production

Use the Production tab to refine results based on production order details, such as order status, order type, customer, release state, job status, sequence, and deadlines. These options are available on the Production tab:

Production Order
The selected production order.
Production Order Status
The status of the selected production order. Possible values:
  • Not Scheduled
  • Scheduled
  • In Progress
  • Stopped
  • Complete
  • Cancelled
  • Deleted
Production Order Type
The production order type assigned to the production order.
Order Reference
The order reference number assigned to the production order.
Customer
The customer associated with the production order.
Release State
The specific quality release state of the production order. Possible values:
  • Released
  • Un-Released
  • All
Job Status
Status of the jobs associated with the production order. Possible values:
  • Not Scheduled
  • Scheduled
  • In Progress
  • Stopped
  • Complete
  • Cancelled
  • Deleted
Sequence
The scheduled sequence number assigned to the job.
Deadline
The deadline condition used to compare estimated completion dates against job or production order deadlines. Possible values:
  • Estimated to End before job Deadline Date
  • Estimated to End after Job Deadline Date
  • Estimated to End before Production Order deadline Date
  • Estimated to End after Production Order Deadline Date

Material

Use the Material tab to limit results to production orders associated with specific materials or material types. These options are available on the Material tab:

Material Type
The material type associated with the materials being produced by the production orders.
Material
The material being produced by the production orders.

Use the References tab to narrow results using reference fields configured for materials and production orders. See .

Extended
