Inventory Details tab

Use this tab to specify inventory, packing, and label information for the production order.

You can specify this information on the Inventory Details tab:

Customer Order No

The order number used by the customer when referring to the order.

Customer Material No

The material number used by the customer when referring to the material ordered. By default, this value is populated from the material settings.

Customer Material Description

The material description used by the customer for the ordered material. By default, this value is populated from the material settings.

# Pack Items

The number of items contained in each inventory pack. By default, this value is populated from the material settings.

Packing Code

The user-defined code associated with an inventory pack related to how items are packed. By default, this value is populated from the material settings.

Quantity Per Layer

The number of items packed in each layer of an inventory pack. By default, this value is populated from the material settings.

# Pack Layers

The number of layers stacked in each inventory pack. By default, this value is populated from the material settings.

Use By

The date and time by which inventory must be used.

Use After

The date and time after which inventory must be used.

# Labels

The number of labels to be printed for each inventory pack produced. By default, this value is populated from the material settings.

Label Template

The label template to print for the produced inventory packs. By default, this value is populated from the material settings.

EAN Code

The European Article Number barcode. By default, this value is populated from the material settings.

GTIN

The Global Trade Item Number. By default, this value is populated from the material settings.

Label Text 1

The first label text. By default, this value is populated from the material settings.

Label Text 2

The second label text. By default, this value is populated from the material settings.

Label Text 3

The third label text. By default, this value is populated from the material settings.

Printer URI

The universal resource indicator identifying the printer.

Label Colour

The colour of the label.

Label Start #

The starting number used for labels generated for the production order.

Label End #

The ending number used for labels generated for the production order.
