Details tab

Use this tab to specify additional production details, such as target times, labor requirements, and planned start and end dates.

You can specify this information on the Details tab:

Target Cycle Time

The target production duration (in seconds) for a specified quantity. By default, the value in this field populates from the routing’s bottleneck operation.

Target Quantity

The quantity associated with the target cycle time. By default, the value in this field populates from the routing’s bottleneck operation.

Target Setup

The target setup time. By default, the value in this field populates from the routing’s bottleneck operation.

Target Teardown

The target teardown time. By default, the value in this field populates from the routing’s bottleneck operation.

Planned Labour

The target labour requirements for the production line. By default, the value in this field populates from the routing’s bottleneck operation.

Planned Start

The planned start date and time for the production order. The value in this field is typically received from ERP. This field represents the planned schedule, not the estimated actual start time.

Planned End

The planned end date and time for the production order. The value in this field is typically received from ERP. This field represents the planned schedule, not the estimated actual end time.
