Filter Options

Equipment

Use the Equipment tab to limit results to production orders and jobs associated with specific manufacturing plants, departments, production lines, or machine groups. These options are available on the Equipment tab:

Plant
The manufacturing plant in which the production orders are running.
Department Group
The department group containing the departments associated with the lines on which the jobs are running.
Department
The department associated with the lines on which the jobs are running.
Line Group
The line group contains the lines on which the jobs are running.
Line Type
The type of line on which the jobs are running.
Line
The production line on which the jobs are running.
Machine Group
The machine group associated with the machine stages on the lines where the jobs are running.

Production

Use the Production tab to narrow results based on production order information, such as order references. These options are available on the Production tab:

Order Reference
The order reference associated with the production orders for the displayed jobs.

More

Use the More tab to refine report results using additional criteria, such as inspection classes, running production orders, tool allocations, and production quantity details. These options are available on the More tab:

Inspection Class

The inspection class assigned to the displayed jobs. Possible values:

  • Audit
  • Capability
  • Investigative
  • Maintenance
  • Recheck
  • Running
  • Trial
  • Setup
Only show Lines with running Production Orders
If this check box is selected, only lines with running production orders are included.
Show Tool Allocations To Position
If this check box is selected, tool allocations of the production run are displayed in additional report columns.
Include PO Quantity Produced
If this check box is selected, the quantity produced by the production order is included in the report.
Include Job Quantity Produced
If this check box is selected, the quantity produced by the production run is included in the report.

Extended

Use the Extended tab to narrow results using extended fields defined for production orders, materials, jobs, lines, customers, tools, and line information. This report can be filtered on extended fields for the following entities:

  • Production Order
  • Material
  • Job
  • Line
  • Customer
  • Tool
  • Line Information
