Line Status

Use the Line Status report to view current production statistics for the active shift and the job running on each production line. The report provides visibility into the current status of each line and displays key performance indicators (KPIs) that are also available on the Plant Overview dashboard.

To view this report, within the menu, navigate to Reports > Library > Production > Basic > Line Status.

You can use these options on the Line Status screen:

• Start New: Create a new production order and start the production run immediately.
• Start Next: Start the next scheduled production run for the selected production line.
• Stop: Stop the current production run and reschedule any remaining quantity.
• Change Job: Change the job currently running on the selected production line.
• Line Activity: Review activity recorded for the production line during the current shift, including job and batch changes, downtime, production, spoilage and activity bookings.
• Finish Setup: Close setup time production stop.
• Finish Ramp-up: Close ramp up production stop.
• Add Comment: Add a new comment for the production run.
• Comments: View all comments related to the production order.
