Providing a reason for an exceeded changeover

  1. Click Downtime from the operator dashboard. A window is displayed.
  2. Click the Production Stops tab. A list of records is displayed.
  3. Select the exceeded changeover record and click Explain.
  4. Specify this information:
    Production Stop Reason
    The reason that explains the exceeded setup period.
    Comments
    The additional details related to the exceeded setup.
  5. Click OK.
