Filter Options

Use the Time Frame tab to limit results to production performance data recorded within a specific date and time range. See .

The time frame filters the date and time of the production details.

Use the Grouping tab to organize and aggregate production performance data by reporting dimensions such as line group or line. See .

The report supports these Line Mode options:

• Line Group: Production details are collated at a line group level, grouping together lines that belong to the same Line Group.
• Line: Production details are collated at a line level.

Use the Equipment tab to narrow results to production performance records associated with specific manufacturing plants, departments, production lines, or machines. These options are available on the Equipment tab:

Plant

The manufacturing plant of the line for which the production is recorded.

Department Group

The department group of the line for which the production is recorded.

Department

The department of the line for which the production is recorded.

Line Group

The line group for which the production is recorded.

Line Type

The line type of the line for which the production is recorded.

Line

The line for which the production is recorded.

Machine Group

The machine group linked with the machine on the production line for which the production is recorded.

Machine Type

The machine type of the machine on the production line for which the production is recorded.

Use the Production tab to refine results based on production order and job information, including production order status, job status, and rework activity. These options are available on the Production tab:

Production Order

The production order for which the production was recorded.

Production Order Status

The status of the production order for which the production was recorded.

Job Status

The status of the job for which the production was recorded.

Include Non-Production Type Orders

If this check box is selected, production recorded for non-production type orders are included in the report.

Include Rework

The rework job inclusion setting for the production records included in the report.

Use the Material tab to limit results to production performance records associated with specific materials or material types. These options are available on the Material tab:

Material Type

The material type of the material associated with the production order for which the production is recorded.

Material

The material associated with the production order for which the production is recorded.

Use the More tab to customize report results by including additional KPI columns, excluded periods, retired lines, and other production performance metrics. These options are available on the More tab:

Options

The KPI column groups to be included in the report. Multiple options can be selected at once. If the same column appears in two ‘groups’, the column displayed only once. Possible values:

• Area: Area-based production and loss metrics are included in the report.
• Build Records: Build record input, output, reintroduced, and rework metrics are included in the report.
• Counts: Production count, scrap, rework, and output metrics are included in the report.
• Downtime: Planned and unplanned downtime metrics are included in the report.
• Inputs: Production input and inventory consumption metrics are included in the report.
• Inventory: Inventory movement, consumption, creation, and isolation metrics are included in the report.
• KPI: Key performance indicators such as Availability, Performance, Quality Rate, OEE, TEEP, Productivity, and Efficiency metrics are included in the report.
• Labour: Labour time, sign-on, efficiency, and productivity metrics are included in the report.
• Line Output: Production output, inventory creation, and quantity output metrics are included in the report.
• Loss: Speed, waste, setup, downtime, and availability loss metrics are included in the report.
• Mass: Mass-based input, output, and production loss metrics are included in the report.
• OEE: Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and related performance metrics are included in the report.
• Production Rate: Production speed, cycle time, and theoretical output metrics are included in the report.
• Quality: Scrap, yield, quality rate, and inventory isolation metrics are included in the report.
• Quantities: Input, output, reintroduction, and reworked quantity metrics are included in the report.
• Reintroduced: Reintroduced inventory, packs, and quantity metrics are included in the report.
• Rework: Rework quantity, count, and yield metrics are included in the report.
• Scrap: Scrap quantity, count, and scrap rate metrics are included in the report.
• Setup: Setup and ramp-up time metrics are included in the report.
• Time: Planned, actual, run, setup, and downtime metrics are included in the report.
• Time (Seconds): Time-based metrics are included in the report. The values are displayed in seconds.
• Yield: Yield metrics, including yield percentage, yield area percentage, and yield mass percentage metrics are included in the report.

Show Excluded Periods

If this check box is selected, production recorded during excluded periods or non-working shifts are included in the report.

Include Retired

If this check box is selected, production recorded for retired lines are included in the report.

Use the Extended tab to narrow results using extended fields configured for production orders, jobs, lines, line information, and materials.

This report can be filtered in extended fields for these entities:

• Job
• Line
• Line Info
• Material
