Report Columns

When grouping the report, a column is displayed for each grouping applied. You can view the additional columns through the column picker.

These columns are displayed by default:

• Plant: The manufacturing plant of the machine for which the scrap is recorded.
• Line: The line of the machine for which the scrap is recorded.
• Machine Type: The type of the machine for which the scrap is recorded.
• Machine: The machine for which the scrap is recorded.
• Source: The source of the scrap.
• Order: The production order during which the scrap is recorded.
• Material Type: The material type of the material which is scrapped.
• Material: The material which is scrapped.
• Description: The description of the material which is scrapped.
• Reason: The reason for the scrapped material.
• Quantity: The quantity of the recorded scrap.
• Units: The unit of measurement of the scrap quantity.
• Date/Time: The date and time the scrap is recorded.
• Standard Manufacturing Cost: The standard cost to manufacture a part of the scrapped material.
• Standard Purchase Cost: The standard cost to purchase a part of the scrapped material.
• Recipe Order: The recipe order of the job against which the scrap is recorded.
