Report Columns

You can view the additional columns through the column picker. These columns are displayed by default:

• Plant: The plant where the changeover occurred.
• Line: The production line on which the changeover occurred.
• Line Description: The description of the line on which the changeover occurred.
• To Material Number: The material number being produced after the changeover.
• From Material Number: The material number of the material that was being produced before the changeover.
• Production Order: The production order that became active following the changeover.
• Crew: The crew that performed the changeover.
• From: The date and time the changeover started.
• To: The date and time the changeover ended.
• Chg. Duration: The of the changeover.
• TSet: The target setup time for the changeover.
• Variance: The difference between the target changeover duration and the actual changeover duration, expressed in minutes and seconds.
• Variance %: The difference between the target changeover duration and the actual changeover duration, expressed as a percentage.
• Production Stop Reason: The reason for the production stop associated with the changeover.
• Comments: A comment related to the changeover.
• Overrun Reason: The reason the changeover exceeded the target duration.
• Overrun Comment: A comment recorded for a production stop representing a changeover overrun.
