Splitting a production stop

  1. Click Downtime from the operator dashboard. The Production Stops tab is displayed.
  2. Click the Production Stops tab. A list of records is displayed.
  3. Select an unknown production stop record and click Split. The Split window is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    Original Duration
    The duration of the original production stop.
    Reason
    The reason for the original production stop.
    Duration
    The adjusted duration for the original production stop.
    Split Reason
    The reason for the second portion of the split production stop.
    Comments
    The additional information for the original production stop.
    Split Comments
    The additional information for the second portion of the split production stop.
  5. Click OK.
