Filter Options

Use the Equipment tab to refine the report by equipment-related attributes and view targeted production line data.

These options are available on the Equipment tab:

Plant

The manufacturing plant to which the production line is configured.

Department Group

The department group associated with the machines in the line sections.

Department

The department associated with the machines in the line sections.

Line Group

The line group associated with the machines in the line sections.

Line Type

The line type assigned to the production line.

Line

The production for which to display status information.

Machine Group

The machine group associated with the machines in the line sections.

Use the Exceptions tab to refine the report results based on job elapsed or remaining time, helping you quickly identify lines that require attention.

These options are available on the Exceptions tab:

Minimum job minutes elapsed

The minimum number of minutes elapsed on the running job for each production line. If there is not a running job, the value is based on the current production stop.

Maximum job minutes elapsed

The maximum number of minutes elapsed on the running job for each production line. If there is not a running job, the value is based on the current production stop.

% Job minutes elapsed

The percentage of minutes elapsed on the running job for each production line. If there is not a running job, the value is based on the current production stop.

Minimum job minutes remaining

The minimum number of minutes remaining on the running job for each production line. If there is not a running job, the value is based on the current production stop.

Maximum job minutes remaining

The maximum number of minutes remaining on the running job for each production line. If there is not a running job, the value is based on the current production stop.

% Job minutes remaining

The percentage of minutes remaining on the running job for each production line. If there is not a running job, the value is based on the current production stop.

Use the Visualisation tab to control how production line data is grouped, displayed, and organized.

These options are available on the Visualisation tab:

Show in visualisation

The fields to display in the visualisation.

Group by

The grouping method used for the visualization. Possible values:

• Line Type: Lines of the same Line Type grouped together.
• Line: Each line displayed in a separate group.
• Department: Lines from the same Department grouped together.

Collapsed

The fields initially shown in a collapsed state.

Container Type

The display format for the visualisation groups. Possible values:

• Tab: Each group displayed as a tab header.
• Card: Each group displayed as a collapsable set of cards.
• No Container: Each group displayed side by side without visible borders.

Show Task

If this check box is selected, the task information is included in visualization.

Is Card Collapsable

If this check box is selected, you can collapse or expand the grouping cards from Container Type.

Expanded By Default

If this check box is selected, group cards are displayed in an expanded state when the visualisation opens.

Pinned card fields

The fields that remain visible on the card visualization.

Collapsed card fields

The fields that are hidden until a card is expanded.

Display Tasks

If this check box is selected, the start and stop tasks are included in the visualization.

Use the More tab to display additional production, maintenance, and exception-related information in the report.

Machine Event Details

The level of machine event information displayed for production lines in the manufacturing plant. Possible values:

• No Machine Event Details: Machine event information is not included in the report.
• Machine Event Indicator Only: Indicator showing whether machine events occurred during the current shift.
• Count Of Machine Events In Shift: The number of machine events recorded during the current shift is included in the report.

Open Alarm Details

The level of open alarm information displayed for machines on the production lines. Possible values:

• No Open Alarm Details: Open alarm information is not displayed.
• Open Alarm Indicator Only: Indicator showing whether open alarms exist.
• Count Of Open Alarms: The number of open alarms information on the machine is displayed.

Open Concern Details

The level of open concern information displayed for machines on the production lines. Possible values:

• No Open Concern Details: Open concern information is not displayed.
• Open Concern Indicator Only: Indicator showing whether open concerns exist.
• Count Of Open Concerns: The total number of open concerns information on the production line is displayed.

Scheduled Job Details

The level of scheduled job information displayed for the manufacturing plant. Possible values:

• No Scheduled Job Details: Scheduled Job information is not displayed.
• Scheduled Job Indicator Only: Indicator showing whether scheduled jobs exist for manufacturing orders.
• Count Of Scheduled Jobs: The total number of scheduled job information is displayed for the selected manufacturing orders.

Required Inspection Details

The level of outstanding inspection information displayed for machines on the production lines. Possible values:

• No Required Inspection Details: Required inspection information is not displayed.
• Required Inspection Indicator Only: Indicator showing whether outstanding inspections exist for manufacturing orders.
• Count Of Required Inspection In Shift: The total number of outstanding required inspections for manufacturing orders.

Unknown Stop

The unknown machine stop information displayed for manufacturing orders. Possible values:

• No Unknown Machine Stop Details: Unknown machine stops information is excluded from the report.
• Unknown Stop Indicator Only: Indicator showing whether unknown machine stops occurred for manufacturing orders.
• Count Of Machine Stop In Shift: The total number of the unknown machine stops for manufacturing orders.

Missing Tool Details

The missing tool information displayed for manufacturing orders. Possible values:

• No Missing Tool Details: Missing tool information is excluded from the report.
• Missing Tool Indicator Only: Indicator showing whether the required tools are missing or manufacturing orders.
• Count Of Missing Tools In Shift: The total number of the missing tools for manufacturing orders.

Exceeded Setup Details

The setup periods that exceeded target duration. Possible values:

• No Exceeded Setup Details: Exceeded setup period information is excluded from the report.
• Exceeded Setup Indicator Only: Indicator showing whether any setup period exceeded the target duration during the current shift.
• Count Of Changeover In Shift: The total number of the setup periods that exceeded the target duration during the current shift.

Missing Labour Details

The labour bookings status for the job currently running on the production line. Possible values:

• No Missing Labour Details: Labour booking information is excluded from the report.
• Missing Labour Indicator Only: Indicator showing whether labour bookings do not meet the job's labour requirements.
• Count Of Missing Labour Bookings In Shift: Difference between actual and target labour bookings. Negative values indicate understaffing, zero indicates target staffing, and positive values indicate overstaffing.

Maintenance Details

The information related to autonomous maintenance that are due or pending for the production line and sub assets. Possible values:

• No Maintenance Details: Maintenance information regarding any outstanding autonomous maintenance on the line is excluded from the report.
• Maintenance Indicator Only: Indicator showing whether autonomous maintenance activities are due or pending.
• Count Of Maintenance In Shift: The total number of autonomous maintenance activities that are due or pending.

Include details of inventory currently being produced

If this check box is selected, inventory pack information for items in production is displayed. When multiple inventory packs are in progress, a count is displayed. When only one inventory pack is in progress, the inventory pack number is displayed.

Use the Extended tab to refine report results based on custom properties configured for supported entities.

This report can be filtered on extended fields for these entities:

• Production Order: Filter to extended properties configured for Production Orders.
• Material: Filter by extended properties configured for Materials.
• Job: Filter by extended properties configured for Jobs.
• Line: Filter by extended properties configured for Lines.
• Customer: Filter by extended properties configured for Customers.
• Line Information: Filter by extended properties configured for Lines.
