Open Inventory Consumption Alarms

You can use the Alarms History report to view a summary of alarms related to violations of inventory consumptions. Specifically, inventory consumed out of FIFO order, inventory consumed after its use-by-date, inventory consumed before its use-before date, and under consumptions. This report provides a quick way to monitor and analyze inventory related exceptions.

To achieve this, apply these filters:

Enable the Show All Open Alarms check box on the Time Frame tab.
Disable the Show Detail check box on the Grouping tab.
Group by Alarm Type and select FIFO, User By, Use After, and BOM Underconsumption in the Alarm Type field of the Grouping tab.
Select Open and Investigate in the Status tab.

Run the report and select the Expanding Card View visualisation.

The report displays a summary card for each inventory consumption alarm type.

Open Quality Alarms

This report can help identify quality issues and support decisions on corrective actions.

To achieve this, apply these filters:

Enable the Show All Open Alarms check box on the Time Frame tab.
Disable the Show Detail check box on the Grouping tab.
Group by Alarm Type and select Out of Specification, Critical Defect, Out of Control, and Expired in the Alarm Type field of the Grouping tab.
Select Open and Investigate in the Status tab.

Run the report and select the Expanding Card View visualisation.

Open Alarms Under Investigation

This report is used to identify alarms that are currently in the investigation phase.

To achieve this, apply these filters:

Enable the Show All Open Alarms check box on the Time Frame tab.
Select Open and Investigate in the Status tab.

Run the report.

The results display all open alarms that are currently being or need to be investigated.

Note: In this example, the report is based on Alarm whose status is Investigate, which is separate from Inspections of Class Investigate.

Alarms Closed Last Year

This report is used to review alarms that were closed during the previous calendar year.

To achieve this, apply these filters:

Select the Last Year value in the Time Frame field of the Time Frame tab.
Select the Closed value in the Status field.

Run the report.

The report displays all alarms that were closed in the last calendar year.

Alarms for Production Order review

This report is used to analyze quality alarms for a specific production order or customer.

To achieve this, apply these filters:

Select a relevant Time Period in the Time Frame field of the Time Frame tab.
Select the production order in the Production tab.

Run the report.

The report displays alarms associated with the selected production order and period.

Note: The report does not provide a dedicated Customer filter. However, as quality specifications can be linked to a customer, you can use the Specification field on the Quality tab to filter data for a specific customer.
