Review OEE data for specific period and equipment

Use the Production Performance report to review Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and related component metrics for specific equipment and period.

To create this report, apply these filters:

Select the appropriate value in the Time Frame field, such as Last Week on the Time Frame tab.
Use the Equipment tab to limit the number of lines on the visualization for focused analysis.

Run the report. The report displays OEE performance data for the selected criteria. Overall OEE is displayed in the OEE% column, while the individual OEE components are displayed in Av% (Availability), PE% (Performance), and Qu.% (Quality) columns.

Note: OEE% = Av% x PE% x Qu.%

Compare OEE performance by crew for specific periods

Use the Production Performance report to compare OEE performance between crews over a selected period.

To create this visualization, apply these filters:

Select the appropriate value in the Time Frame field, such as This Month on the Time Frame tab.
Select the value in the Group by field to Crew and then Week on the Grouping filter.
Use the Equipment tab to limit results to specific lines, if required.
Run the report.
Select the OEE by Period chart.

The chart displays OEE performance by crew for the selected reporting period, allowing comparison of crew performance trends.

Note: The second grouping level must be a date-based period because the chart displays that grouping on the x-axis.

View OEE trends by line for the current week

Use the Production Performance report to analyze OEE trends for selected production lines for the current week.

To view this trend line, you can apply these filters:

Select the appropriate value in the Time Frame field, such as This Week on the Time Frame tab.
Select the value in the Group by field to Line and then Day and check the Include Running Totals check box for each grouping level on the Grouping tab.
Optionally, use the Equipment tab to select specific line groups, line types, or lines.
Run the report.
Select the OEE by Period chart.

The chart displays daily OEE trends for each selected production line, helping identify performance changes over time.

View OEE Component trends by line for the current week

Use the Production Performance report to analyze Availability, Performance, and Quality trends for selected production lines for the current week.

To view this trend line, you can apply these filters:

Select the appropriate value in the Time Frame field, such as This Week on the Time Frame tab.
Select the value in the Group by field to Line and then Day and check the Include Running Totals check box for each grouping level on the Grouping tab.
Optionally, use the Equipment tab to select specific line groups, line types, or lines.
Run the report.
Select the Availability, Performance & Quality chart.

The chart displays a line chart with the days on the x-axis, the % on the y-axis, and a trend line for each Line and OEE component to show the contribution of each OEE component to overall OEE for the current week.

Review OEE for periods when production is running

Use the Production Performance report to analyze production performance only during periods when production orders were running.

Note: By default, the report includes time periods when the line is not running due to the No Job production stop reason. In this example, periods with no active job are excluded from the results.

To view this report, you can apply these filters:

Select the appropriate value in the Time Frame field, such as Last Week on the Time Frame tab.
Select the value in the Production Order Status field to In Progress and Complete on the Production tab.
Optionally, use the Equipment tab to select specific line groups, line types, or lines.
Run the report.
Select the preferred report visualization.

The report displays production performance data where a production order is running.
