Examples of Use

This report is used to review the production schedule for an entity, such as line or material.

To achieve this, apply these settings:

• Select an appropriate time horizon in the Time Frame field on the Time Frame tab.
• Select the value in the Production Order Status field to Scheduled on the Production tab.
• Use some or all these filters to review the relevant production schedule:
  • Filter for selected Lines or Machines on the Equipment tab.
  • Filter for specific Customer or other production order filters on the Production tab.
  • Filter for specific Materials, BOM items or Routings on the Materials tab.
• Use the Report Options section on the More tab to fine-tune the data to be shown on the report.

Run the report. The existing production order schedule are displayed for the entities selected.

This report can be used to review the production schedule and change the sequence of the orders as required. The production schedule can be revised for reasons pertaining to equipment availability, customer (ATP) considerations, and/or component material availability, as examples.

Run the report. To make changes to the production schedule, select a production order to reschedule and click the Move Production Order option. Select the Move Scope and specify the new sequence number, click OK.
