Filter Options

Use the Time Frame tab to define the date and time range for the events data displayed in the report. See .

Use the Grouping tab to aggregate, organize and summarize report data based on the selected criteria. This filter supports multiple grouping options to analyse trends and aggregate results. See .

Use the Equipment tab to narrow the report results based on the manufacturing location and equipment hierarchy associated with the recorded event. These options are available on the Equipment tab:

Plant

The manufacturing plant of the machine in which the event is recorded.

Department

The department of the machine in which the event is recorded.

Line Group

The line group associated with the machine’s production line or the line group associated with the job for which the event is recorded, depending on the event type.

Line

The production line of the machine on which the event is recorded, or the production line for the job on which the event is recorded, depending on the event type.

Machine Group

The machine group of the machine on which the event is recorded.

Machine Type

The type of machine associated with the recorded event.

Machine

The machine on which the event is recorded.

Use the Production tab to narrow report results based on production-related information associated with recorded events. These options are available on the Production filter:

Production Order

The production order for which the event is recorded.

Use the Material tab to narrow report results based on the materials associated with recorded events. These options are available on the Material tab:

Material Type

The type of material associated with the recorded event.

Material Number

The material on which the event is recorded.

Use the More filter to refine report results using event-specific criteria and advanced options. These options are available on the More filter:

The type of the event. Possible values:

Details

Filter the events on a full or a partial term.

Limit the number of records returned to

The maximum number of records to display in the report.

Include Retired

If this check box is selected, events for retired master data are included.

Machine Event Type

The type of machine event. This field is displayed only if the value in the Event Type field is set to Machine Event.

Min Stop Duration (mins)

The minimum duration of stops to be displayed in the report results. This field is displayed only if the value in the Event Type field is set to Machine Stop or Production stop.

Include Blocked-Starved Reasons

If this check box is selected, blocked and started reasons are included in the report results. This check box displayed only if the value in the Event Type field is set to Machine Stop.

Include Downtime Outside Production Time

If this check box is selected, downtime occurring outside of production time is included in the report results. This check box displayed only if the value in the Event Type field is set to Machine Stop.

Include Slow Speed States

If this check box is selected, slow speed states are included in the report results. This check box displayed only if the value in the Event Type field is set to Machine Stop.

Summarise Job Events

If this check box is selected, job events are summarized into a single entry per job. This check box displayed only if the value in the Event Type field is set to Job.
