Filter Options
Equipment
Use the Equipment tab to narrow results by plant, department, line, or machine, helping you view machine status information for specific areas of the manufacturing process.
These options are available on the Equipment tab:
- Plant
- The manufacturing plant where the machine is located.
- Department Group
- The department group associated with machine’s department.
- Department
- The department to which the machine belongs.
- Line Group
- The line group associated with the production line.
- Line Type
- The type of production line.
- Line
- The production line associated with the machine or job.
- Machine Group
- The machine group to which the machine belongs.
- Machine Type
- The type of machine.
- Machine
- The machine for which running and quality status information is displayed.
Production
Use the Production tab to display machine status records based on production-related assistance types, such as maintenance, logistics, quality, or supervisory support.
These options are available on the Production tab:
- Assistance Type

The assistance type for the recorded machine status. Possible values:
- Labour
- Logistics
- Maintenance
- Quality Approval
- Quality Concern
- Setter
- Supervisor Required
- Tooling
Quality
Use the Quality tab to refine results by inspection class or grade, allowing you to focus on specific quality activities and inspection statuses.
These options are available on the Quality tab:
- Inspection Class

The inspection class associated with the recorded machine status. Possible values:
- None
- Audit
- Capability
- Investigative
- Maintenance
- Recheck
- Running
- Setup
- Trial
- Grade
- The variable grade recorded for the machine status.
More
Use the More tab to control the display of tool-related information and machine stops, including machines that require tools and stops below defined thresholds.
These options are available on the More tab:
- Operations Requiring Tools
- The machine status records based on whether tool requirements exist.
- Tool Type
- The tool category associated with the machine or operation.
- Show Tools

The tool information displayed in the report. Possible values:
- Show Tool 1 in Position 1: Tool1 assigned to position 1 on the machine.
- Show all Tools in all Positions: All tools assigned to any position on the machine.
- Include Stops Under Machine Threshold
- The machine stop records based on the configured machine threshold.
Extended
Use the Extended tab to refine report results using extended field values associated with entities, such as production orders, jobs, lines, materials, tools, and machines.
This report can be filtered on extended fields for these entities:
- Production Order
- Job
- Line
- Material
- Tool
- Machine
