Splitting a downtime

  1. Click Downtime from the operator dashboard.
  2. Click the Machine Stops tab. A list of records is displayed.
  3. Disable the Unknown Only check box.
  4. Select a machine stop record and click Split. The Split window is displayed.
  5. Specify this information:
    Original Duration
    The duration of the original machine stop.
    Category
    The category of the reason for the original machine stop.
    Reason
    The reason for the original machine stop.
    Duration
    The adjusted duration for the original machine stop.
    Split Category
    The category of the reason for the second portion of the split machine stop.
    Split Reason
    The reason for the second portion of the split machine stop.
    Split Duration
    The duration assigned to the second portion of the split machine stop.
    Comments
    The additional information for the original machine stop.
    Split Comments
    The additional information for the second portion of the split machine stop.
  6. Click OK.
