Report Columns

When grouping the report, a column is displayed for each grouping applied. You can view the additional columns through the column picker.

These columns are displayed by default:

• Plant: The manufacturing plant in which the production order is being produced.
• Production Order: The production order against which the material consumption is recorded.
• Job Quantity Ordered: The quantity ordered for the job against which the material consumption is recorded.
• Created Inventory Pack Number: The inventory pack number of the pack being created by the production order.
• BOM Variant: The BOM variant used by the production order to determine material requirements.
• Sequence: The sequence of the material within the BOM variant.
• Routing Operation Code: A user-defined code associated with the routing operation to which the material requirement is assigned.
• Sub Material Type: The type of the material that is used in a bill of materials in the production of a given material.
• Sub Material: A material that is used in a bill of materials in the production of a given material.
• Sub Material Description: The description associated with a Sub Material.
• Quantity Required: The quantity of the material required by the BOM for the created inventory pack.
• Base Unit: The base unit of measure used for the required material quantity.
• Consumed Inventory Pack: The inventory pack from which the material was consumed.
• Base Unit Consumed Inventory Quantity: The quantity consumed from the inventory pack, converted to the material's base unit of measure.
• Silo: Indicates whether the consumed material is associated with a silo location.
• Consumed To Date/Time: The date and time at which the material consumption was recorded.
• Position Name: The machine position at which the material consumption occurred.
