Production running total by day and line
A trend line of daily production compared for production lines can help in viewing which lines are performing better, and which days production lines perform the best.
To view this trend line, you can apply these filters:
- Select the value in the Time Frame field to Last Month on the Time Frame tab.
- Select the value in the Group by field to Day and then Line and check the Include Running Totals check box on the Grouping tab.
- Select the value in the Line Group, which contains the desired lines or select the lines individually in the Line field on the Equipment tab.
Run the report and select the chart.
The chart displays:
- Days on the x-axis.
- Cumulative production quantity on the y-axis.
- A separate trend line for each Line, making it easy to compare production performance over time.
Total production counts by machine for last shift
Comparing the total production count for each machine during the last shift helps to compare machine performance and identify variations in output for similar machines.
To view the counts, apply these filters:
- Select the value in the Time Frame field to Last Shift on the Time Frame tab.
- Select the value in the Group by field to Shift and then Machine on the Grouping tab.
- Filter on a Machine Type to limit the results to Machines of similar properties.
Run the report and select the chart.
The chart displays:
- Shift on the x-axis.
- Production quantity (count) on the y-axis.
- A separate bar for each Machine, allowing you to compare production output across machines for the selected shift.
