Report Columns

When grouping the report, a column is displayed for each grouping applied. You can view the additional columns through the column picker.

These columns are displayed by default:

• Plant: The manufacturing plant to which the production order belongs.
• Order Reference: A reference number used to associate a production order with other related production orders that run on a different production line or at different times.
• Order Number: The unique number to identify a specific production order for a quantity of material.
• Production Order Status: The status of the production order.
• Line: The production line on which the job is scheduled. The production line short name is displayed when defined. Else, the production line name is displayed.
• Sequence of job: The scheduled sequence of the job. This value is unique for all jobs, including jobs that are part of a campaign.
• Material Number: The unique number assigned to the material being produced by the production order.
• Material Description: The description associated with the material being produced by the production order.
• Job Status: The status of the job so far as execution is concerned.
• Job Quantity Ordered: The amount of product ordered to be made on a specific job within a production order.
• Base Unit: The base unit of measure associated with a part (the units they are normally recorded in).
• Start: The actual date and time of the job, or the estimated start date and time if the job has not yet started.
• End: The actual end date and time of the production run.
• Job Deadline Date and Time: The date and time by which the job is required to be completed.
