Scrap History

Use the Scrap History report to review and analyze all recorded scrap transactions within the manufacturing process. The report provides a comprehensive history of scrap activity. Enabling users to investigate the quality issue, identify trends, and evaluate production performance. Detailed and summarized views are available to support different levels of analysis and reporting requirements.

This report displays scrap information captured through scrap transactions recorded on operator dashboards, providing visibility into when, where, and why scrap was generated during production operations.

To view this report, within the menu, navigate to Reports > Library > Scrap > Basic > Scrap History.

You can perform these tasks:

• Add Scrap: Add a new scrap entry.
• Edit: Modify an existing scrap entry.
• Delete Scrap: Delete an existing scrap entry.
• Add Rework: Add new rework entry.
• Edit Rework: Modify an existing rework entry.
• Delete Rework: Delete an existing rework entry.
