Downtime History

Use the Downtime History report to view detailed information about downtime events that occurred during a specified reporting period. The report includes machine stops, production stops, and out-of-production stops, along with related line and job information where available. Filters can be applied to focus on specific downtime events and production areas.

To view this report, within the menu, navigate to Reports > Library > Downtime > Basic > Downtime History.

You can perform these tasks:

• Add: Add a new machine stop.
• Edit: Modify existing machine stops.
• Delete: Delete existing machine stops or production stops.
• Explain: Provide the reason for a machine stop or production stop.
• Split: Split an existing machine stop or production stop into two individual stops.
• Stop Machines: Stop a machine, creating an open machine stop.
• Start Machines: Start a machine, closing an existing open machine stop.
