Filter Options

You can use the Time Frame tab to define the date and time range for the labour data displayed in the report. See .

Use the Grouping tab to aggregate, organize and summarize report data based on the selected criteria. This filter supports multiple grouping options to analyse trends and aggregate results. See .

Use the Equipment tab to refine report results based on the production equipment and locations associated with labour bookings. These options are available on the Equipment tab:

Plant

The manufacturing plant associated with the production line against which the labour booking is recorded.

Line Group

The line group of the production line against which the labour booking is recorded.

Line

The production line at which the labour booking is recorded.

Machine Group

The machine group of the machine on which the labour booking is recorded.

Machine

The machine on which the labour booking is recorded.

Use the Production tab to refine report results based on production orders associated with labour bookings. This option is available on the Production tab:

Order

The production order during which the labour booking is recorded.

Use the Personnel tab to refine report results based on the workforce associated with labour bookings. These options are available on the Personnel tab:

Personnel Group

The personnel group for which the labour booking is recorded.

Personnel/User

The personnel for which the labour booking is recorded.

Show Options

Determines which labour bookings are included in the report. Possible values:

• All Entries: Displays the active and completed labour bookings.
• Active Only: Displays only active labour bookings.
• Completed Only: Displays only completed labour bookings.

Labour Usage Statistics

If this check box is selected, the report displays the number of orders associated with each labour booking, providing additional insight into labour utilization.
