Filter Options
Time Frame
Use the Time Frame tab to define the date and time range for the changeover data displayed in the report. See .
Grouping
Use the Grouping tab to aggregate, organize and summarize report data based on the selected criteria. This filter supports multiple grouping options to analyse trends and aggregate results. See .
Equipment
Use the Equipment tab to narrow the report results to changeovers associated with specific manufacturing locations, production lines, and equipment. These options are available on the Equipment tab:
- Plant
- The manufacturing plant of the line for which the changeover is recorded.
- Department
- The department of the line for which the changeover is recorded.
- Machine Group
- The machine group used to restrict the lines included in the report.
- Line Type
- The type of the line on which the changeover is recorded.
- Line Group
- The line group of the job associated with the changeover.
- Line
- The production line on which the changeover is recorded.
Production
Use the Production tab to narrow the report results to changeovers associated with specific production orders, customers, and changeover reasons. These options are available on the Production tab:
- Order
- The production order to which production is changed over.
- Production Order Status
- The status of the production order associated with the changeover.
- Customer
- The customer associated with the production order that is being changed over.
- Production Stop Reason
- The reason for the production stop that initiated the changeover.
Material
Use the Material tab to narrow the report results to changeovers involving specific materials and routings. These options are available on the Material tab:
- Routing
- The routing associated with the production order that became active following the changeover.
- To Material Type
- The type of the material being produced after the changeover.
- To Material Number
- The material number of the material being produced after the changeover.
- To Material Description
- The description of the material being changed over to.
- From Material Type
- The type of the material being produced before the changeover.
- From Material Number
- The material number being produced before the changeover.
- From Material Description
- The description of the material being produced before the changeover.
More
Use the More tab to further refine the report results based on changeover duration, performance thresholds, and display preferences. These options are available on the More tab:
- Minimum Job Duration
- The minimum duration of the production run that became active following the changeover.
- Minimum Changeover Duration
- The minimum changeover duration to include in the report results.
- Maximum Changeover Duration
- The maximum changeover duration to include in the report results
- Show Only

The changeovers to be included in the report: Possible values:
- Under Target
- Over Target
- Within Variance Threshold
- Over Variance Threshold
- Variance Threshold
- The maximum allowable percentage deviation from the target changeover duration (0-100). This field value is used when filtering changeovers based on variance from the target.
- Include same-material changeovers
- If this check box is selected, changeovers between the same material are included in the report.
- Show material description
- If this check box is selected, material descriptions are included in the report.
