Report Columns

You can view the additional columns through the column picker.

These columns are displayed by default:

• Line Type: The type of the line for which the status is displayed.
• Line: The product line for which the status is displayed.
• Material: The material associated with the production order currently running on the production line.
• Material Description: The description of the material associated with the current production order.
• Production Order: The unique identifier of the production order running on the production line.
• Estimated End: The estimated date and time when the job is expected to end.
• Assistance Type: The type of assistance required for the current stop or setup.
• Assistance Type Duration: The duration of the current stop or setup.
• Performance: The actual production line speed as a percentage of target speed. The value is calculated as:
  • Quantity produced at the bottleneck / Theoretical quantity during run time.
• Quality: The percentage of good quantity produced compared to the total quantity produced during the selected period.
• Downtime: The total time that the production line is not running due to planned inactivity, lack of personnel or materials, or technical issues.
• Actual Quantity: The quantity produced by the production line, based on the line's output quantity setting.
• Target Quantity: The quantity the production line is expected to produce during run time. This value is calculated as:
  • Run Time / Target Cycle Time.
• Scrap: The total quantity of defective rejected on the production line.
• BOM Override Setting: Indicates whether operators can modify the Bill of Materials (BOM) before starting a job.
