Filter Options
Time Frame
Use the Time Frame tab to specify the date and time range for the MTBF and MTTR statistics included in the report. See .
The time frame filters the date and time of the statistics.
Grouping
Use the Grouping tab to organize and summarize results by selected production or downtime attributes for easier analysis. See .
Equipment
Use the Equipment tab to focus the report on specific plants, departments, lines, machine groups, machine types, or machines. These options are available on the Equipment tab:
- Plant
- The manufacturing plant where the machine is located.
- Department
- The department associated with the machine.
- Line
- The production line associated with the recorded machine stop.
- Machine Group
- The machine group to which the machine belongs.
- Machine Type
- The type of machine associated with the recorded machine stop.
- Machine
- The machine for which the stop is recorded.
Downtime
Use the Downtime tab to analyze failures and repairs based on stop reason groups, categories, and specific stop reasons. These options are available on the Downtime tab:
- Reason Group
- The stop reason group associated with the recorded machine stop.
- Stop Category
- The category assigned to the stop reason for the recorded machine stop.
- Stop Reason
- The stop reason recorded for the machine stop.
More
Use the More tab to refine report results using additional criteria such as bottleneck machines, stop duration thresholds, blocked or starved reasons, shift default machines, retired equipment, and machine threshold settings. These options are available on the More tab:
- Bottleneck
- Determines whether to include bottleneck machine.
- Max Stop Duration (mins)
- The maximum stop duration threshold used to limit machine stop records.
- Min Stop Duration(mins)
- the minimum stop duration threshold used to limit machine stop records.
- Blocked/ Starved Reasons?
- If this check box is selected, machine stops associated with Blocked or Starved stop reasons are included in the report results.
- Shift Default
- If this check box is selected, only machines configured as shift default machines are included in the report results.
- Retired
- If this check box is selected, retired machines and production lines are included in the report results.
- Include Stops Under Machine Threshold
- Determines whether to include machine stops under configured micro-stop threshold.
