Machine Status

Use the Machine Status report to view the current status of machines, including the production orders being processed, machine run states, and any active quality alarms or concerns. The report can be used as a foundation for dashboards that highlight machines meeting specific conditions, such as those requiring maintenance or running specialized inspection classes. In addition, the report supports operational activities such as loading inventory, starting or stopping production orders, viewing tool allocations, and performing inspections.

To view this report, within the menu, navigate to Reports > Library > Production > Basic > Machine Status.

You can perform these actions on the Machine Status screen:

• Available Inspections: Run the default inspection at any time and view the most recent inspection time.
• Start Next: Start the next production run from the selected line’s order queue.
• Start New: Create a new production order and start production immediately.
• Create: Create a new inventory pack on the machine.
• Load Inventory: Load an inventory pack onto the machine.
• View Tools: View the tool positions that are expected to be filled in the machine.
• Consume Inventory: Consume an inventory pack into the production line.
