Adding a reason to a production stop

  1. Click Downtime from the operator dashboard. The Production Stops tab is displayed.
  2. Click the Production Stops tab. A list of records is displayed.
  3. Select an unknown production stop record and click Explain. The Explain window is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    Stop Reason
    The reason for the production stop.
    Duration
    The duration of the production stop.
    Comments
    The additional information.
  5. Click OK.
