Filter Options

Use the Time Frame tab to limit the report to production counts recorded within a specified date and time range.

The time frame filters the date and time of the recorded production counts. See .

Use the Grouping tab to organize production count data into meaningful categories for analysis and reporting. You can display detailed records, group results by selected fields, and include totals or running totals. These options are available on the Grouping tab. See .

Use the Equipment tab to limit the report or view based on specific equipment in the manufacturing hierarchy. You can filter by plant, department, line, or machine to focus on the relevant area of the operation. These options are available on the Equipment tab:

Plant

The manufacturing plant of the machine for which the production count is recorded.

Department

The department of the machine for which the production count is recorded.

Line Group

The line group linked to the line for the job for which the production count is recorded.

Line Type

The line type of the line for the job against for the production count is recorded.

Line

The line for the job for which the production count is recorded.

Machine Group

The machine group linked to the machine for which the production count is recorded.

Machine Type

The machine type of the machine for which the production count is recorded.

Machine

The machine for which the production count is recorded.

Use the Production tab to refine the report based on production-related attributes, such as order, group, counter, and included activity types. These filters are available on the Production tab:

Production Order

The production order for which the production count is recorded.

Group

The production counter group linked to the recorded production count.

Counter

The production counter for the recorded production count.

Include

The production count type for the recorded production count. Possible values:

• In: Counter associated with production units coming into the line.
• Out: Counter associated with production units coming off the end of the line.
• Rework: Counter associated with production units going for rework from the line.
• Maintenance: Counter used for maintenance calculations.

Use the Material tab to limit the report based on material-related information, helping you focus on specific materials or material types. These options are available on the Material tab:

Material Type

The material type of the material for which the production count is recorded.

Material Number

The material for which the production count is recorded.

Properties

This filter allows you to filter reports by various properties, such as colour, model, metal, profile, and gauge.

Use the More tab to refine the data included in the report. You can specify this information on the More tab:

Include Retired

If this check box is selected, records linked to retired counters or entities are included in the report.

Include Zero Entities

If this check box is selected, records where the value or quantity is zero are included in the report.
