Recording a downtime

  1. Click Add Downtime from the operator dashboard. The Add Downtime window is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Line
    The production line associated with the downtime event.
    Machine
    The machine for which downtime is being recorded.
    Category
    The downtime category.
    Reason
    The reason for the downtime.
    Duration (Mins)
    The duration of the downtime in minutes.
    # Stops
    The number of downtime occurrences that account for the duration of downtime.
    Comments
    The additional information.
  3. Click OK.
    Note: This option is only available if the machine is configured to allow the manual of downtime in retrospect.
