Columns

When the report is grouped, the available columns vary based on the selected Group By option. Additional columns can be added to the report using the column picker.

These columns are displayed by default:

• Plant: The manufacturing plant of the shipment.
• Shipment: The shipping number.
• Dispatched: The date and time the shipment was shipped.
• Customer: The customer to whom the shipment is being sent.
• Transport: The transport identification for the shipment.
• Load Start: The date and time loading started.
• Load End: The date and time loading finished.
• Expected: The expected shipment date and time.
• Machine: The warehouse machine where the shipment is being loaded.
• External No: The external shipping number.
• Status: The current status of the shipment.
• Created: The date and time the shipment is created.
• # Items: The number of shipment items on the shipment.
• # Packs: The number of inventory packs assigned to the shipment.
• # Attachments: The number of documents attached to the shipment.
• # Revision: The revision number of the shipment record.
• # Comments: The number of comments recorded for the shipment.
