Examples of Use

Use this report to view which shipments are required to be loaded and dispatched on the current date.

To create this report, apply these filters:

• Set the Time Frame field to the current date.
• Optionally filter by Delivery Status to view only planned shipments.

When the report is run, a shipment expected current date is displayed in each row. You can use the Load All option to mark packs as loaded and update the status when dispatched.

Use this report to identify shipments that have passed their expected date without being dispatched.

To create this report, you must set the Overdue Status filter to display only the deliveries that are overdue.

When the report is run, shipments that are past their expected date are displayed in the result. You can investigate the delay and perform action to expedite loading.

Use this report to view the inventory packs that are assigned to a shipment and the loading status.

To create this report, apply these filters:

• Specify the Shipping Number on the Shipment filter.
• Set Group By to Pack.

When the report is run, an inventory pack with its material, quantity, current location, and loading status is displayed in each row.

Use this report to view how customer orders are being fulfilled through shipments.

To create this report, apply these filters:

• Set Group By to Outbound Order.
• Optionally filter by Customer or Order Status.

When the report is run. an outbound order with its status, expected ship date, and associated shipment information is displayed in each row.
