Replenishment

The Replenishment report is used to manage and track internal replenishment deliveries between warehouse locations. This report provides visibility into replenishment orders, deliveries, and the inventory packs moved to fulfill these orders. This supports shop floor logistics activities such as picking materials from a warehouse and delivering them to a production line supermarket.

The report also tracks the progress of inventory packs throughout the replenishment process, whether a pack has been scanned, loaded onto transport, or unloaded at the destination. Data can be grouped at different levels, allowing you to view information from high-level replenishment orders and deliveries down to individual inventory packs.

To view this report, within the menu, navigate to Library > Warehousing > Basic > Replenishment.

You can use these options on the Replenishment screen:

• Add: Allows you to create a new replenishment delivery.
• Edit: Allows you to modify the selected replenishment delivery.
• Delete: Allows you to delete the selected replenishment delivery.
• Load: Allows you to set the loaded date and time of the replenishment.
• Unload: Allows you to set the unloaded date and time of the replenishment.
• Pick Order: Allows you to create a pick order for the selected restock order.
• Re-Order: Allows you to re-raise a restock order.
• Deliver: Allows you to mark an inventory as delivered.
• Cancel: Allows you to cancel the selected replenishment order.
• Comment: Allows you to add a comment to the selected delivery.
• Inventory Comments: Allows you to view and manage comments on the inventory pack.
