Loading all inventory for an outbound delivery 

You can load all inventory onto an Outbound Delivery. This process requires that all items in the delivery are moved to a specific location from where the inventory is loaded. Once loaded the outbound delivery status is automatically modified to complete. To load all outbound delivery:

  1. Select Home > To Do > Picking and Shipping. The Outbound Shipments screen is displayed.
  2. Select an outbound shipment record and click Load All. The Load All window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Loaded

    The date and time the inventory packs are loaded.

    Only Load Scanned Inv Packs?

    If this check box is selected, only scanned inventory packs are loaded for picking.

    Shipped Location

    The location to move the outbound inventory packs when they are shipped.

  4. Click OK.
