Creating inbound delivery items

You can create inbound delivery items to list the materials to be received as part of an inbound delivery. An inbound delivery consists of one or more inbound delivery items with each delivery item corresponding to a purchase order item.

  1. Select Home > To Do > Inbound Deliveries. The Deliveries screen is displayed.
  2. Select the delivery and click Delivery Items. The Inbound Delivery Items sub-report is displayed.
  3. Click Add. The Add window is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    Delivery
    The delivery on which the item is delivered.
    Item #
    The number of the item that is delivered.
    Material
    The material that is delivered.
    Quantity
    The quantity of the material being delivered.
    Unit
    The unit of measure of the delivered items.
    Purchase Order
    The inbound order number that is being fulfilled through this delivery.
    Item
    The item of the inbound order that is being fulfilled through this delivery.
  5. Click OK.
