Creating an outbound shipment item

To create an outbound shipment item for a Material to be shipped:

  1. Select Home > To Do > Picking and Shipping. The Outbound Shipments screen is displayed.
  2. Select an outbound shipment record and click Shipping Items. The Shipping Items screen is displayed.
  3. Click Add Item. The Add Item window is displayed.
  4. Specify this information:
    Fulfilment

    The outbound shipment associated with the shipment item.

    Item#

    The item number within the shipment.

    Material

    The material to be shipped.

    Quantity

    The quantity of material to be shipped.

    Unit

    The unit of measure in which the item is expressed.

    Outbound Order

    The outbound order associated with the shipment.

    Item

    The outbound order item associated with the shipment.

  5. Click OK.
