Creating an outbound shipment

To create an outbound shipment:

  1. Select Home > To Do > Picking and Shipping. The Outbound Shipments screen is displayed.
  2. Click Add Shipment. The Add Shipment window is displayed.
  3. Specify this information:
    Delivery Status

    The status of the delivery.

    Transport

    The transport reference number used to track the shipment. For example, the licence plate number.

    External No

    The shipping number assigned by an external agency.

    Customer

    The customer associated with the outbound shipment.

    Warehouse

    The warehouse machine responsible for the shipment.

    Dispatched Date

    The date and time the shipment is dispatched.

    Expected

    The planned date and time for shipping the inventory.

  4. Click OK.
