Filter Options
Time Frame
Use this tab to specify the period for which data is displayed in the report.
The values specified in the Time Frame section limits report results based on the type of date and the time frame. By default, the values in the Date Type and Time Frame field are set to Dispatched Date and This Month.
You can filter the result for a specific date range only if the Ignore Date Range? check box is cleared.

Grouping
Use this tab to aggregate, organize and summarize report data based on the selected criteria.

Shipment
Use this tab to filter the data based on the information related to the shipment such as the plant, delivery status and shipping number.
These options are available on the tab:
- Plant
- The manufacturing plant of the shipment.
- Shipping #
- The specific shipping number to be searched.
- Delivery Status
- The current status of the shipment. For example, Planned, In Progress, Complete.
- External No
- The external shipping number.
- Deliveries with Attachment
- If this check box is selected, shipments that have documents attached are only displayed.
- Transport Identification
- The transport identification number. For example, vehicle registration, trailer number.
Customer
Use this tab to filter the data based on the information related to the customer, such as the customer number, name of the country and city.
The available filters include:
- Customer
- The customer to whom the shipment is being sent.
- Country
- The country of the customer's address.
- City
- The city of the customer's address.
Order
Use this tab to filter the data based on the information related to the order such as the order number and the overdue status.
The available filters include:
- Order Type
- The type of outbound order.
- Outbound Order #
- The specific outbound order number.
- Order Status
- The current status of the outbound order.
- Overdue Status
- If this check box is selected, shipments that are overdue for the expected date is displayed.
- Customer Purchase Order No
- The purchase order number of the customer.
Inventory
Use this tab to filter the data based on the information related to the inventory such as the warehouse location, supplier and inventory state.
These options are available on the tab:
- Warehouse
- The warehouse machine where the shipment is being loaded.
- Supplier
- The supplier of the inventory packs being shipped.
- Inventory State
- The current inventory state of the packs assigned to the shipment.
- Pack #
- The specific inventory pack number.
More
Use this tab to filter the reports data based on the value specified in the Comment field. This Controls whether comments are included in the output (latest comment, all comments, or none).
References
Use this tab to filter the report data using customer‑specific information that is not part of the standard data model.
This report can be filtered on extended fields for these entities:
- Outbound Delivery
- The outbound delivery to be shipped.
- Delivery Pack
- The inventory pack assigned to the delivery.

Extended
Use this tab to filter the data based on extended field information.
This report can be filtered for these entities:
- Customer: The customer the shipment is being sent to.
- Material: The material of the inventory packs on the shipment.
- Outbound Shipment: The outbound shipment record.
- Outbound Pack: The outbound inventory pack record on the shipment.
- Inventory: The underlying inventory pack in stock.
- Shipment Item: The shipment item on the shipment.
- Location: The location of the inventory packs being shipped.
- Machine: The warehouse machine where the shipment is being loaded.
- Outbound Order: The outbound order associated with the shipment.
- Outbound Item: The order item on the outbound order.
