Modifying the outbound order status

You can modify Sales Order Status to start with the loading of the trucks to be able to manage the shipping.

  1. Select Library > Warehousing > Outbound Orders. The Outbound Orders screen is displayed.
  2. Click Edit Order. The Edit Order window is displayed.
  3. Specify the status of the order in the Order Status field.
  4. Click OK.
    Note: 
    • The status of outbound orders is modified from Planned to In Progress when the first inventory pack is loaded onto the shipment.
    • The status of outbound orders is modified from In Progress to Complete when the last inventory pack is loaded in the shipment.
