You can specify this information on the Workflow tab:

Auto Start Jobs In Workflow

If this check box is selected, the next scheduled job in a workflow sequence is automatically started after the current job completes. This feature is applicable only when these settings are configured on the Production Orders screen using the Add or the Schedule Job (Create Order) option:

• The Routing field is set to Workflow.
• The Auto Start When Available check box is selected.

Auto Stop Jobs in Workflow

If this check box is selected, jobs automatically end after all workflow operations are complete or skipped. This feature does not affect continuous loopback routings.

Enable Auto-Transition Features?

If this check box is selected, the start and end transitions are added automatically when the first action, phase, or operation is added. This setting enables the insert-before or insert-after actions when an object is added.

Enforce Strict Workflows

If this check box is selected, operators cannot end a job that has outstanding workflow operations.

Routing Parameter List Query

The list-of query used to display the routing parameters.

Routing Operation Parameter List Query

The list-of query used to display the operation parameters.

Default Routing Approval Status

The default approval status assigned to a workflow routing upon creation.
