Alarm History report
The Alarm History report shows a list of alarms raised against the filtered options. For each of the alarms listed, the report shows information about the inspection, variables, attributes, and OOS.
You can use the Alarm History report in these ways:
- Operators can see what alarms can be justified against production
- Quality Managers can view the number and status of failed checks over a period of time
- As a base report for the To Do menu to filter on assets, inventory, or production for ad hoc data collection
Here are some examples of the data contained in the report:
- Alarms recorded against a specific machine
- Alarms recorded against a machine in a department, belonging to a line or in a machine group area
- Alarms recorded on the current (running) or selected production order
- Alarms recorded against inventory produced on a specific or the current job
- Alarms recorded against received inventory
- Alarms recorded against inventory in a particular location
- Alarms recorded against specific assets or assets of a particular type
