PCD calculation

The Percent Checks Done (PCD) is a shift-based KPI that compares the actual number of checks done to the required number in the control plan.

This is calculated as Inspections Done / (Inspections Required + Inspections Expired).

All inspections are triggered on a timed basis and added to the checks to do queue.

Additional ad hoc inspections can be done at any time but do not count toward the PCD KPI.
