Concern is a general term used for several types of issues:

- Complaints
- General Issues
These are some of the actions to resolve production related issues:
- Raise and manage customer complaints
- Raise and manage supplier complaints
- Quickly log issues to be tracked and actioned
- Track non-conformance issues across production, quality, inventory, and maintenance
You can further use this functionality to put in place and enforce business processes around the previously mentioned areas. Enforcing business processes ensures issues are handled consistently and are followed up correctly, speeding up investigation and resolution.
Additionally, concerns can be automatically raised when a non-conformance is detected, ensuring all issues are registered, investigated, and resolved.
