Measurement Value History report

The Measurement Value History Base report displays the list of measurements recorded against the filtered options. For each of the measurements listed, the report shows information about the inspection, variable and out of specification. Depending on the filtering and grouping option the report aggregates the information in a different manner.

You can use the Measurement Value History report in these ways:

• Quality Managers can perform OOS analysis and check measurements done during the specified period
• Create a base report from the Quality menu to filter on assets, inventory, or production for required data collection.
• As a saved report to show visualized OOS analysis

Here are some examples of the data contained in the report::

• Measurements recorded against a specific machine
• Measurements recorded against a machine in a department, belonging to a line, or in a machine group area
• Measurements recorded on the current or selected production order
• Measurements recorded against inventory produced on the current or specific job
• Measurements recorded against received inventory
• Measurements recorded against inventory in a particular location
• Measurements recorded against specific assets or assets of a particular type
• Recently performed or suspended checks for an inspection
• Documents relating to an inspection
• SPC chart sets and analysis
• Alarms raised against an inspection
