Conformance

Any required checks that are not completed before they expire have a negative impact on the conformance figure.

For example, if a shift is eight hours and an inspection is required every hour, then each check must complete before the next check begins.

If an inspection is missed then the conformance figure decreases. Even if an additional check is completed in the next period, the additional check does not count toward the conformance figure.

This means that if there were eight inspections required and eight were completed, but two checks were completed after they expired, then the conformance percentage is 75%.
