Inspection Required report
The Inspection Required report shows the inspections that must be carried out at the current time related to production, inventory, or assets. Required inspections are typically driven by events, such as time-based, shift or order start, a customer-requested event, or a combination of these events.
You can use the Inspection Required report in these ways:
- Operators can see checks they must perform on the current production run
- Create a base report from the To Do menu to filter on assets, inventory, or production for required data collection.
- Use saved reports to show required inspections on inventory
- Use saved reports to show planned versus completed quality checks
Here are some examples of the data contained in the report:
- Inspections performed against a specific machine
- Inspections performed against a machine in a department, belonging to a line or in a machine group area
- Inspections performed on the current or selected production order
- Inspections performed against inventory produced on the current or specific job
- Inspections performed against received inventory
- Inspections performed against inventory in a particular location
- Inspections performed against specific assets or assets of a particular type
- Recently performed or suspended checks for an inspection
- Documents relating to an inspection
- SPC chart sets and analysis
- Alarms raised against an inspection
